Our Services

Hants Healthcare Ltd provides high-quality domiciliary care, live-in care, and supported living services across the New Forest and the Isle of Wight. We are committed to supporting people to live safely and comfortably in their own homes, while maintaining independence and dignity. Our experienced and compassionate care team delivers personalised support tailored to individual needs, preferences, and lifestyles. By working closely with individuals and their families, we aim to provide reliable, respectful care that makes a positive difference every day.

Dementia

At Hants Healthcare, we have staff with a lot of experience and a real understanding of the needs of people affected by the illness. Our highly-trained carers know about the different types and stages of the condition, and they have experience in helping people and their families cope with the challenges that Dementia care brings on a daily basis.

Learning Disabilities & Mental Health

Learning Disabilities: Supporting service users at home and in the community. Support includes social indoor and outdoor activities such as bowling, snooker, cinema and theater. Access to social inclusion is a valuable part of supporting people into the community, aiming to make family involvement and other personal and social contacts.

Rehabilitation - Respite Care Community Support Services

We provide relief care for a primary carer, possibly a partner or other family member. This duty may consist of providing company for an hour or two or a combination of a sitting call with a sleep over for longer periods of respite.

Live in Care

Hants Health Care Live-in Care provides professional, fully qualified and experienced live-in carers across the Hampshire region to provide support, security and companionship in the comfort of your – or your loved ones – own home. Whether living alone or with other family members, live-in care is a popular and more desirable solution for those wishing to remain in their own home but would struggle with the daily routine of looking after themselves.

We are absolutely determined to help people live well with dementia, with a strong focus on supporting individuals safely and comfortably in their own homes. There is always more to learn about the condition, which is why we continue to train and work closely with organisations such as Dementia UK to develop our programmes, ensuring we can offer the best possible support to our customers and ongoing guidance to carers. Coming to terms with dementia is challenging for both those living with it and their loved ones, and asking for support can be one of the hardest decisions to make. Many people understandably feel anxious about welcoming someone new into their home, which is why we stay with you throughout the entire process. Our friendly care advisers take the time to explain every aspect of our person centred care services. When providing dementia home care, we see each customer as an individual with their own emotions, preferences, and life experiences, knowing there is no single approach that works for everyone. Our carers are enthusiastic and deeply committed to helping people with dementia live comfortably in the place they know best. We understand that a home is far more than a building. It holds a lifetime of memories, and maintaining that sense of familiarity and continuity is essential when delivering meaningful dementia care.
