Hants Healthcare is a healthcare provider specifically dedicated to providing Care and Support Workers and Personal Assistants to Home care, Supported Living clients as well as providing Care Workers to Residential Homes. We provide a first class vital support service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the New Forest, Southampton and surrounding areas.
Our Vision
We aim to provide person centered, individualized services to vulnerable people who may need care and support. We support care users in their own home to live happy, fulfilled independent lives. Whether you are recuperating, require periodic respite care or on-going support, a companionship visit or a more complex personalized care plan – we are here to help. The services we aim to provide will be responsive, and of the highest standard to meet the needs of people we care for.
